MESA 850

Backbone Processing machine.

With reduced catch greater emphasis is placed on better yields from the material.

MESA 850 meets these demands by separating the loin from the fish frame,

cutting sounds and belly flaps from the backbones after splitting or filleting.

MESA 850 has variable speed for the transport of the backbone through the machine

and it’s therefore easy to fit in with other machinery in the processing line.

MESA 900

Tongue and Cheeks machine.

For fish heads cuts from the head cheeks and tongue

which exit the machine via separate chutes while the offal

falls down a chute at the rear of the machine. The machine processes

all medium sizes of heads without special adjustments.

MESA 900 has variable speed for sending the head through

the machine and it’s therefore easy to fit into the processing line with other machines.

Mesa 300 is used to trim off all the fins of a flatfish, tail and head before further processing.

MESA 325

Fish portioning machine

MESA 325  Kodilet processing machine.

MESA 325 cuts the head and the tail of the fish, and the rest of

the fish into portion size cutlets. The portion machine is simple to

operate and adjust for different sizes.

MESA 325 can be used to cut most fish species for

examples: Salmon, Ling, Cod, Pollack and more.
